  Prior to the inter-faculty and inter-departmental games that is ongoing.... *The director of games and the sports council* have reached a consesus that each department or faculty taking part in each of the games should kindly *submit a letter to the Sug director of games and also to the sports council* in order to allocate time and venue for matches.....

This procedure is deamed right in order to avoid clash of time and venue among any faculty or department.

Kindly follow this procedure to make sporting activities a thing of joy and appreciation to the university community as a whole.

With your maximum corporation, we all will have the opportunity to play our different matches peacefully and judiciously
